Greetings! Greetings! I am Chef Nyesha Noldon (Chef Ny) and welcome to the info site for Pop-Pop & Honeys' Cheesecakes based in Brooklyn and Long Island City, New York.
The company is named after my Grandparents who first taught me to love cooking. I've been cooking and baking most of my life, in 2001 I decided to become official by attending and graduating from The French Culinary Institute here in New York City. I've worked as a Personal Chef and Caterer for private people and notable names. A life change in the form of a back injury forced me to revaluate my culinary path in life but reinforced my enjoyment in baking the classic style of New York Cheesecake.
The flavors of my cheesecake's give a nod of appreciation to the past while openly embracing current culinary tastes. Pop-pop & Honey's Cheesecakes are made to order with fresh premium all natural ingredients. Included in the line are Banana Pudding, Sweet Potato, Vanilla Bean, Lemon Lime, Chocolate, Passion Fruit Vanilla Bean, Coconut Vanilla Bean, Hennessey, Strawberry, and Bailey's. My Cheesecake contain real fruit blended into the batters instead of place on top. Unless stated otherwise cheesecakes are baked on a shortbread cookie crust. Also some contain alcohol like the Hennessey which of course has Hennessey Cognac blended with vanilla and cinnamon, Strawberry which has Navan Vanilla Cognac and the Bailey's made with Bailey's liquor and bit's of non-alcoholic Bailey's candy.

Cheesecakes can be shipped overnight and next day delivery in insulated packaging. Shipping cost will vary based on location.
